No sex for six months.
This is including oral sex.
Only touching and kissing.

No junk food for six months.
I'm allowed to eat as many carbs as I want but the food has to be prepared healthy.
No fried or barbequed food.
I can eat pasta, rice and potatoes just aslong as there is no gravy and no ragu.
Lemon sauce will do.
I can eat chicken or steak aslong as its prepared in a skillet or grilled. No ketchup, no barbeque sauce.
No fast food unless it's a salad.
I have to drink atleast 3 bottles of water a day and one smoothie, shake, etc. that contains protein.

I CAN DO IT!!!

Look away from the sun
Because there's no need to blind yourself
All you need to do is step away
Stand back
Let yourself find another way to look into the sun
And then you'll find
Hate is a product of misunderstanding
